10 Things to Make You Priceless

1.Listen to instructions to reduce mistakes and accidents.

2.Take responsibility of your actions and know your job duties.

3.Take initiative by solving problems, improving things, and becoming more efficient.

4.Give credit to others that help you succeed, which will help create trust between you.

5.Be responsive is a sign of respect and enables you to show others that they matter.

6.Perform you duties cheerfully by being positive. No one wants to work with someone that only sees problems and things negatively instead of positive solutions.

7.Be dependable by being on time, including being on time with deadlines, and follow through with commitments.

8.Stay healthy or else people that have to cover for you when you call off sick a lot will start to resent you. Also remember though, that if you are ill 1.with something that will spread to others stay home to recover so that your whole department won’t be out of commission.

9.Be self disciplined by being focused and not letting outside distractions affect your work

10.Exceeding expectations by going above and beyond what is expected of you, even take on tasks that others refuse to do.
