Disassembly

The unit will go through a rigorous operational check to inspect unit deficiencies. LGSTX Services will remove all enclosures and guards to ensure complete unit cleaning, and remove the wheels and tires. LGSTX Services will determine and generate a repair needs overview for customer approval.

Reassembly

LGSTX Services will work with the customer to determine the best possible refurbish to ensure that the unit will be in the required condition for the customers' operational needs. LGSTX Services only uses proven rebuilt or OEM parts and components. The final operation check and any repairs needed will be done prior to the refinish.

Refinish

LGSTX Services will powerwash your unit, and decals will be removed. Any bodywork and straightening of sheet metal will be completed at this time. Then the unit will be given a coat of urethane enamel primer and sanded. LGSTX Services offers two types of applications of paint: water-based or enamel. In addition, LGSTX Services can provide customized color and apply decals to your unit.

Quality Control

LGSTX Services will go through a stringent pre-delivery check sheet that matches the original approved customer request. During the QC checklist, all components are checked, adjusted and tightened as needed. The QC inspector then will provide a copy of the check sheet to the customer prior to delivery of the unit.
