MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR GSE INVESTMENTS BY REFURBISHING YOUR EQUIPMENT TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY AND LIFE
1. UNIT EVALUATION
The process begins with the customer's unit being put through a rigorous operational check which is designed to identify unit deficiencies. The conclusion of this first step in the process will be a repair/refurbishment overview that LGSTX Services will provide to our customer for review and selection of refurbishment options.
2. DISASSEMBLY
During this process LGSTX Services technicians will remove, at minimum, all enclosures and guards as well as the unit's wheels, to ensure full visibility of the unit core and to provide clear access for performing a complete unit cleaning. The engine and transmission will be removed at this point if the customer has selected to have them replaced and rebuilt. Any deficiencies found during the disassembly process would be presented to our customer along with LGSTX's recommendation to repair and/or replace upon customer approval.
3. REASSEMBLY
In this phase of the process, LGSTX Services technicians will conduct the complete reassembly of the customer unit based on the customer selected Refurbishment Options to include items as significant as a new engine and transmission, to as minor as interior direction decals. All component replacement is accomplished using proven rebuilt or OEM parts and components. As a final step in the paint process, LGSTX Services will apply all customer selected exterior decals to unit.
4. QUALITY CONTROL AND DETAIL INSPECTION
As a final phase to the Refurbishment Process a LGSTX Services Quality Assurance Inspector will perform a multi-step check on the completed unit to ensure that all customer selected options and specifics have been met and to ensure final operational condition and the overall appearance of the unit meet our stringent refurbishment guidelines.
